Elbert and I came a bit late because of heavy rain and obviously, we weren't expecting it since the weather was just fine in the afternoon. When we got there everyone was already gathered in front of the restaurant to take our usual group photo.

Ampersand Bar & Restaurant is located in Banilad Town Centre just a few steps from Robinsons Supermarket. They offer sumptuous dishes from around the world accompanied by a wide selection of drinks and cocktail mixes. Their dishes are inspired by the individuality, creativity, and cultural heritage of cuisines from around the globe.
Before knocking a few backs, we were served with some of the toothsome dishes on their menu. The rustic pizza was served first, but I wasn't able to take a photo of it, it was all gone shortly after the plate landed on the table. We weren't hungry. I swear! hahaha

Ampersand also offers a wide selection of drinks and cocktail mix that's definitely a must-try. Everyone immediately started to tank up with Ampersand's original cocktail creations after eating.

| Drunken Rabbit |
Drunken Rabbit is a concoction of vodka citron, Bombay gin, lemon, grapefruit syrup, Aperol, egg white & carrot juice. This one's the first drink that I had but my face already turned red even before I finished it.
If you're not sure what to get, just tell the bartender what taste do you prefer. Whether it's sweet, tropical, something refreshing, strong, or even stronger they'll recommend or make one for you.

We all have so much to be thankful for and one on my list is being a part of a very amazing organization that will encourage you to do better without the fear of being pressured, inspire you to be a better version of yourself, and to simply love what you're doing. I have not only gained new friends over the past year, but I felt like I found a new big happy family. Choz! hahaha
