Hiya, I'm Ly! I'm a 30-something former corporate slave Filipina. In 2017, I left the corporate world in exchange for a location-independent lifestyle, to get out of my comfort zone and live the life I’ve always wanted for myself. After getting out of the 9-5 office cage, I slowly started traveling solo locally and internationally - I still have so much more on my list that I’m slowly ticking.
I created Ly Blank (formerly Overrated Friday) in 2014 initially as a personal outlet and to express myself through writing but have later on helped me expand my perspective and meet a lot of fun and amazing people with the same interests.
I write about lifestyle and my travel experiences and anything under the sun. The goal is to create content to share with my audiences and to provide an output based on my personal experiences.
